Get Involved -- 11 Ways to Make a Difference

Here's 11 ways you can get involved and help us explore, learn about, and save animals and ecosystems:

1. Become a research participant in our field program. This is a great opportunity not only to get involved, but to have an experience of a lifetime. See our Ecuador program for details.
   
   
2. Attend a photo workshop. Find out how you can learn about macro wildlife photography while learning how photography can help save biodiversity.
   
   
3. Donate. Give a gift to the frogs, lizards, snakes, and turtles of the world. You can also give a donation as a gift to friends or family. Your donation is 100% tax deductible.
   
   
4. Become and intern or volunteer for our organization. Our internships include experiences working with everything from photographs to insects to nonprofit organization building. All our internship programs can also be taken by any qualified and motivated volunteer.
   
   
5. Sign up for our mailing list. Keep informed about what's going on with our organization and what we are doing to save species and ecosystems.
   
   
6. Spread the word! Make an announcement at your school or club. Send out the link to our website, or our emailed announcements to your friends, family, and email lists. You can even download and print our flyers and brochures: RAEI Brochure, Photo Workshop Flier, Research Participant Flier.
   
   
7. Sponsor an event. Get a party or other fundraising opportunity together! We are available to talk to your group, and we can also provide fine-art photography for a silent auction.
   
   
8. Apply to be a member of the Board of Directors. We are looking for people who can contribute on of levels, and have the dedication and time to put in.
   
   
9. Fundraise. Ask your family, friends, and colleagues if they too can help our cause with a donation.
   
   
10. Have us speak to your school or organization. Our outreach program provides formal and informal talks and workshops on everything from evolutionary ecology to tropical biodiversity to photographic techniques.
    
    
11. Purchase a photo. Visit BiodiversityPhotography.org. All of the photos on this site, as well as over 1,000 more are for sale as either fine-art prints or stock photos.
